Our History
The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the most professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health space. Established in 1988, TMA has almost 10,000 members in 54 chapters worldwide, including 34 North American chapters. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary.
TMA is a global non-profit association that plays a vital role in transforming struggling businesses, fostering corporate revival, and driving economic growth worldwide. TMA India is its Indian chapter.
TMA Network of Women
The TMA Network of Women (TMA NOW) is an affinity group within TMA, created to foster female leadership by creating the premier business development and networking group for women in the turnaround community.
TMA Next Generation
TMA welcomes the Next Generation of turnaround and corporate restructuring professionals with networking and educational opportunities tailored to those in the early stages of their careers.
