* NextGen applicants: must be new members age 40 and under at the time of application. Discount is available for a total of two years or until the age of 41. Existing TMA members are not eligible. 

** Government/Academic/PSU applicants: your primary employer must be a government, PSU, Judicial, or Academic institution. 

*** Full Time Students must supply proof of full-time enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate program and anticipated graduation date.  Membership is effective for one year or until graduation, whichever comes first.

By submitting your application, you confirm that you’ve read and agree with the TMA Code of Ethics. 

Membership with TMA India is granted strictly on an individual basis and is non-transferable and non-refundable under any/all circumstances. Each membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of the subscription fee, unless otherwise specified. Submission of a membership application and payment of the subscription fee does not automatically confer membership.
 

1. Membership Review & Approval

• All membership applications are subject to review and approval by the Membership Working Group. 
• As part of TMA India’s induction process, each application is carefully evaluated to ensure alignment with the values, objectives, professional standards, and ethical framework of TMA India.
• On Approval by the Membership Working Group, a payment link will be sent to the member for making the payment.
   

2. Disclaimer: Rights of the Membership Working Group

The Membership Working Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) hereby notifies all applicants that:

1. Absolute Discretion
   TMA India, acting through the Group, reserves the absolute and unfettered right to accept, reject, defer, or place conditions upon any membership application, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, irrespective of the applicant’s qualifications, experience, or professional standing.
    
2. Finality of Decision
   The decision of the Group in respect of any membership application shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and shall not be subject to appeal, review, or challenge.
    
3. No Obligation or Guarantee
   Submission of an application or payment of fees does not create any obligation on TMA India to grant membership, nor does it guarantee acceptance, unless expressly approved by the Group.
    
4. No Liability
   TMA India and the Group shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense incurred by an applicant arising from or related to the exercise of the Group’s discretion, including but not limited to rejection of an application, deferment, or any delay in communication.
    
5. Right to Amend
   TMA India reserves the right to modify, amend, or update its membership criteria, review process, or terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
